Very finely executed Watercolor in original frame. Subject is a Bedouin Warrior on Horseback. Signed and dated in bottom left. Artist appears to be German in name, hard to make out the signature. It appears to be done in Algiers in 1902 the title is Arabischen Spaher, which is german for Arabian Scout. 17" by 21.5" framed.
