<td width="100%">
Described as "unusual" and a "Victorian Novelty" in Wm. Hancock's book. Although the maker is unknown, it was made at the turn of the 19th Century. Two pilgrim shoes with bows hold a single salt cup. There are 2 very tiny nicks on the interior rim of the cup in the front, and the same on the back; I believe they are from the manufacture process. Several air bubbles in the glass add to the charm. Please see the other toothpick holders I have for sale at fixed price on my GoAntiques site!
