This auction features new, used and store return items. We do our best to point out any damage but everything is sold with no guaranties or warranties offered or applied. Viewing is always recommended and also give us a call or email with any questions.

A 10% buyer's fee plus applicable taxes apply.
Viewing is Monday evening from 5-8pm.
Auction starts Saturday, April 4th at 10 AM running until Thursday, April 9th with items starting to close at 5:00PM.
Pickup is Friday, April 10th from 1-8pm and Saturday from 8am-1pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1-Terms are cash, credit or debit card. E-transfers are acceptable as long as you make us aware they have been sent
2-You pay when items are picked up on Friday between 1pm and 8pm and Saturday between 8am-1pm
3-Sunset Auction & Sales Company Ltd. will make every effort in photos and description to properly describe condition and any defects but things do get missed. Please view all photos and review description for each item before you bid. Everything is sold "as is with no guaranties or warranties offered or applied" Once the item is sold, the Buyer shall assume full risk and responsibility for the item sold.
4-A 10% buyer's fee plus applicable taxes apply to all purchases unless otherwise stated
5-We do not offer shipping...If necessary please contact us
6-Please pick you items up on time. If you can't make the times, please contact us for other arrangements
We are not in the storage and finance business. Failure to pay will result in suspension of bidding privileges for future sales and possible legal action
7- All registration information the Bidder provides to the Auctioneer shall be current, complete, and accurate and will be kept confidential by Sunset Auction & Sales Company Ltd.
8- Buyer acknowledges and agrees not to retract their bids. The Highest Bidder shall be the Buyer
9- Auctioneer cannot , and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any items/lots that were affected. by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
10- As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number/username and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your Bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Auctioneer immediately.
11- .The bidders(s) and the Auctioneer(s) agree that the terms listed above shall govern each and every auction sale.

VIEWING IS MONDAY EVENING FROM 5PM-8PM AND IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED!
