One Ivory Handled Plug Bayonet and One Dagger with Figural Hilt

1) Figural hilt dagger, 16 3/4 inches overall with a 12 1/8 inch double edged spear point blade. The blade is decorated with scroll pattern etching, and the grip features 3-dimensional scenes of gentleman standing atop a fallen man; the background of both gentlemen is cut-through completely, and the arms and legs of the fallen men intertwine to form the guard. The pommel features a pair of grotesque faces and a mixture of raised scroll and checkered designs. 2) Spanish 19th century plug bayonet, 16 1/2 inches overall with a 10 5/8 inch hexagonal profile double edged blade. The blade has a square ricasso, with a crowned double headed eagle on one side and "DIEGO DEL" and "VRRVITA" on the edges. The cross guard is floral engraved, with the quillions being cut-through in the shape of lanterns, the tops supported by six bars, two wolves engraved on the languet, and a fine twist pattern ivory grip with swollen bulb at the front and a steel pommel. With a brown leather scabbard fitted with floral engraved toe and throat and a leather frog with cut-through accent plates on the hanging straps.
