In part: “I checked my July schedule and found that Wednesday, the 23rd, is the day for a regular Defense–State meeting with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. If there are extremely important items on the agenda for that day I must attend. However…if…it looks like I can be excused, I…will be glad to fly up to New York the following day for lunch with your Military Chaplains Association…Since there is no speech involved, it may be only a matter of putting an extra plate on the table.” Impressively shadowboxed and framed with a biographical plaque and a photo of Bradley to an overall size of 22.5 x 41.5. In fine condition, with a uniform shade of mild toning. Oversized.
