A lot of two signed Oliver Wendell Holmes items including a one page note, 4.5” x 7”, Boston, March 9, 1893, to unknown recipient requesting an order of paper and matching envelopes, the usual creases, paper uniformly toned, a couple of small stains that don't affect text, else very good; and a one page letter, 4.5” x 6”, Boston, March 15, no year , to Clara Erskine Clement, confirming a request to see Holmes' daughter-in-law's embroideries, in near fine condition.
