Old movie prop gun formerly in the Stembridge Armory collection; a Trapdoor Springfield rifle converted to a flintlock style rifle by Armory gunsmiths, added extra long 47” barrel with extended full-stock that has been painted with green and white designs with the butt portion of the stock made to look like a middle eastern style musket with five brass “barrel bands” remnants of a wood cleaning rod and an old leather sling. The action is working, the bore blocked (as is the case with many movie prop guns) and likely was used during the Golden Age of Films. A great collectible for the movie buff. Est.: $600-$1,200.
