<td width="100%">
This listing consists of an unusual push-button tea stainer with a holder. Just push the end button and the spring-loaded chamber opens up. There are no maker's markings on this item. The item could be silver-plated or pewter; No material content markings. The tea strainer is 6-7/8" long with a 1-3/4" in diameter chamber to hold the tea leaves. The holder is 4-1/2" tall. Above dimensions are when the strainer is resting in the holder. Good working condition with a narrow opening at the seam. I bought this from a Midwestern estate sale.
