Oil Painting ''Fowl Play'' - Amelia Gianelli. A hen looks suspiciously at a smoking gun in this painting by Amelia Gianelli - could it be fowl play? Gianelli is a west coast artist now residing in Silver City, NM. Her work is included in private and public collections including the Brooklyn museum in New York. Gianelli says she is ''captivated by the geography, sense of unlimited space and abient light of the Southwest . . . I feel my environment strongly influences the way I approach my work.'' This painting is on stretched canvas and measures 16''H x 20''W.

Also preview of Off Line & On Line auction will start at 8am Sunday Morning. Off Line Sale starts at 9am and ends at 10am. On line sale starts at 10am MST.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, may be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
