The heading of the document reads ''Commander of Austria'', indicating that the carriages might be for his benefit. Signed by several officials at the bottom. Document bears a red wax seal to the lower left beside an ink stamp. Measures 8'' x 5''. Toning and pencil notations to left edge. Very good.
