<B>Undated P-mint Statehood Quarter--Double Struck, Both Off Center, 30% and 60%--MS65 PCGS.</B></I> The first strike is a broadstrike, off center toward 1 o'clock relative to the obverse (portrait) side. Because of the force of the strike, most of the obverse design is present. The first strike has a brockage reverse, as impressed by the obverse of a previously struck quarter (not included). The second strike is uniface and widely off center toward 6 o'clock, at 7:30 relative to the first strike.
