Octagonal silver personal seal of Anand Kunwari, 61.32g, Queen of Maharao Raja Bane (Vinay) Singh of Alwar, undated with Devanagari inscription in three lines – ???? ????????? ? / ??? ???? ???? ????? / ? ?? ????? ???????? (Shri Seetaram Jee Sa / hay Majee Shri Ranawa/ ta Jee kasye Mudrika). Maharani Anand Kunwari Ranawat also known as ‘Sisodini Rani Sahiba’ was the daughter of Amar Singh, Raja of Shahpura. As per the custom, she was referred to by her clan name rather than her personal name on the seal. Anand Kunwari was also a well-known poet, and penned a collection of poetry named ‘Anand Sagar’ which includes 105 couplets praising Lord Rama and Krishna. Extremely Fine, Very Rare.
