Nearly complete set of handwritten lyrics by Noel Gallagher for (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, the landmark second studio album from English rock band Oasis. The lyrics are penned in various colored ink and felt tip on 10 off-white sheets, each approximately 8.25 x 11.75, and include the following song titles: ‘Wonderwall,’ ‘Don't Look Back in Anger,’ ‘Champagne Supernova,’ ‘She's Electric,’ ‘Cast No Shadow,’ ‘Some Might Say,’ ‘Hello,’ ‘Roll with It,’ and ‘Morning Glory.’ The lone set of lyrics not included on the album are for the song ‘The Masterplan,’ the B-side to the ‘Wonderwall’ single, and a song Gallagher has regularly declared as one of the best he has ever written. Included with the lyric set is a CD booklet for (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, which has been signed on the front and back in gold ink by Noel and Liam Gallagher, and in blue felt tip by Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs, Paul ‘Guigsy’ McGuigan, and Alan White. In overall very good to fine condition, with overall creasing to most.

On the strength of major hit singles ‘Wonderwall,’ ‘Champagne Supernova,’ and ‘Don't Look Back in Anger,’ (What's the Story) Morning Glory? promptly elevated Oasis from a fledgling indie rock group to bona fide international rock stars in the fall of 1995. Gallagher’s focus on balladry and arena-rousing anthems proved a winning follow-up to their debut Definitely Maybe. The album’s overarching appeal proved indisputable and, ultimately, unstoppable; to date, the album has sold over 22 million copies worldwide, making it the UK's fifth best-selling album of all time. (What's the Story) Morning Glory? is regarded as a seminal entry of the British pop scene, and has appeared in several publications as one of the greatest albums of all time.
