Items will be available for preview starting Dec 1st through Dec 8th by appointment only. Please call 575-921-7250 to arrange preview. There will be a preview an open preview on auction day starting at 5 pm.
Any and all applicable tax will be collected at the time of the sale. Any person(s) with valid resale numbers must present the proper paperwork to Kelmar Auctions prior to the start of the auction or they will have to pay any applicable tax on their purchase(s).

Outside the United States there will be additional shipping on top of the fees listed in items description. Charges are for packing materials, insurance and shipping. Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. All items that are insurable will be insured. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.
