<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="4"><tr><td><em> YOU CAN ALMOST SMELL THE FRAGRANCES OF JASMINE, CITRUS, SPICES AND GARDENIA IN THIS PAINTING OF FRANGIPANI FLOWERS.</em></td></tr><tr> <td width="100%"> AN ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING OF PLUMERIA (FRANGIPANI) FLOWERS <P><Br>A beautiful floral oil painting of a group of yellow and white frangipani, also known as plumeria, flowers.
There is nothing like the sweet fragrance of Plumeria in flower, with fragrances of jasmine, citrus, spices, gardenia, and other indescribable scents. These flowers are treasured by the Polynesian Islanders for their durability, fragrances and colors of whites, yellows, pinks, reds, and multiple pastels. They are native to warm tropical areas of the Pacific Islands, Caribbean, South America, Mexico and South Florida. In Hawaii, they are known as the Lei flower. <p>
This artist's rendition shows a white plumeria with yellow interior as the primary focal point in a group of flowers on a tree branch, with an unfocused background of greenery. Color and light and shadow give this painting depth and definitely a three-dimensional feeling for the viewer. It is well-executed and signed by the artist at lower right, 'Ammeris'. The painting is unframed, but stretched on wood. Dimensions are 24" high by 20" wide. Condition is very good, except for what appear to be minor smudges of white paint at lower right and a little wear around the borders due to age. </td></tr><tr> <td> </td></tr><tr> <td>Reference #: 825051</td></tr><tr><td>Condition:Very Good</td></tr><tr><td>Year:Circa 3rd quarter 20th century</td></tr><tr><td>Country:AMERICA</td></tr><tr><td>Height:24"</td></tr><tr><td>Width:20"</td></tr><tr><td>Title:ORIG OIL PAINTING OF PLUMERIA FLOWERS</td></tr><tr><td>Materials:Oil on Canvas</td></tr><tr><td>Location:Miami, Florida</td></tr></table>
