OHIO ONE- PIECE WARDROBE IN THE ORIGINAL DARK RED PAINT. Poplar with an old coat of overvarnish. Shaped feet and scalloped ends. One dovetailed drawer in the base with a double paneled door at the top which has beaded trim and a small brass pull. Cove molded cornice. A brief history of the wardrobe is included and states that it was built by Phillip Falter II and used in his home near St. Stephens in Seneca County, Ohio. 42"w. 17 1/4"d. 80"h.
