NWA meteorites are a group of meteorites that were discovered in the Northwest Africa (NWA) region of the Sahara Desert. These are a vast category of meteorites that originate from asteroids, the Moon, Mars and other celestial entities. NWA meteorites are prized by researchers and collectors because they offer a special chance to understand the makeup and development of the Solar System. They are believed to be some of the earliest and most fundamental objects in our Solar System and can provide valuable insight into the formation and evolution of planets, asteroids, and other celestial bodies. The meteorites are not made of metal, so they are Chondrite or stone meteorites. It is clear that the Chondrite contains traces of iron, which gives it a red-brown color. The meteorites are also magnetic. The condition of this Meteorite sample is well preserved with some natural fissures, the planes of the Meteorite are smooth rather than rugged and shows an overall well preserved condition. The measurements of this Meteorite is 3 3/8" x 3" x 2 5/8". The collective weight of this Meteorite is 790g.
