lot of 5. Includes a large burnished jar with globular body with an elongated neck and everted, piecrust rim; 10" high x 10.5" diameter; PLUS a smaller burnished jar with long neck and piecrust rim; 5" high x 5.5" diameter, both with concave bases; PLUS a polychrome bowl with geometric patterns, 4" high x 10.25" diameter; PLUS a poluchrome decorated bowl with flaring lip; 3.25" high x 6.75" diameter; AND a red slip dipper, 6.5" long x 5" diameter; all probably from Northern Mexico. Deaccessioned from the Western Reserve Historical Society of Cleveland, Ohio. First broken and reglued, missing section of rim; second with old repaired hole in side, slight rim loss and tight vertical hairline. Both with old museum accession numbers, "1267" on larger, "42.1230" on smaller. Third very light surface wear and with old museum accession number "42.922," VG; fourth minor surface wear, staiins, old museum accession number "42.934;" fifth tiny flakes on rim, old museum accession number "1468."
