The North Eureka Mining Co. Certificate No. 1735 for 1000 shares, made out to Irving Yudlevitz on May 3 1890 and signed by Benjamin H. Bulloock, president and Isaac A. Smoot, secretary. Beautiful engraved border surround, printed by Kelly & Co. Litho, Salt Lake City. The Mining operations were incorporated under the laws of the Territory of Utah, in the Tintic Mining District. The reverse has been executed with signatures, and an interesting hand-drawn "seal." The document measures 11" x 8".
