1926, Delaware. Temporary stock certificate for 50 shares of preferred stock in the North American Light and Power Company. Brown/black. Issued to and signed on verso by CLEMENT STUDEBAKER, JR. (1871 - 1932). Son of Clement Studebaker, he began his career at his father's company Studebaker Brothers Manufacturing Co., later left the company and became involved with public utilities, including becoming president of this North American Light & Power Company as well as many others. Light punch cancellations not affecting signature.
