His introduction to the limited edition reflects: ''...It's as if one's early innocence, once charged and stimulated by...powerful experiences...is able to penetrate...common experience...'' The 683pp. novel, bound in burgundy leather with gilt lettering and edges, shows minor fading to pastedown and front free endpaper. Overall near fine.
