<B>Nolan Miller Design for <I>Dynasty</B></I></B></I><B>, a White, Beaded Chiffon Suite with Skirt and Pants for Joan Collins in her Role as Alexis.</B></I> Ca.1985; Chiffon, bugle beads; Label: Nolan Miller; Dress Size: 6/8.<BR><BR>White beaded chiffon evening suite including a waisted top, floor-length skirt and pants. The waisted full bloused top has a "jewel" neckline closing at back with a zipper and velcro strap and velcro at the waist band. The fullness is emphasized with a padded shoulder and raglan sleeve tapering to a narrow wrist, closed with a zipper. The top is fully hand-beaded in a tight meandering line of white bugle beads. The top is fully lined in white chiffon. One of the shoulder pads is made of batting, the other is covered with a snap closure for lingerie straps.<BR><BR>The straight floor-length skirt is slit to mid thigh on the left side seam. The skirt is beaded as the top in a tight meandering line of white bugle beads. The skirt is fully lined in silk chiffon with the waist finished with a grosgrain ribbon.<BR><BR>The pant is fitted with two darts front and back with an unbeaded chiffon waist band. The pant is closed by zipper and hook & eye at back center. Like the top and skirt the pant is fully lined in chiffon and has an overall beading in a tight meandering line of white bugle beads.<BR><BR>Nolan Miller designed this evening suite for Joan Collins in her role as "Alexis" in the TV series <I>Dynasty.</B></I> In Very Fine condition with some soiling to the inside neck lining, and bead loss on the back of the top at the waistband. <I>From the Nolan Miller Collection.</B></I><B>Condition Report:</B> Wear in keeping with age of garment.
