<B>Nolan Miller Designed Masquerade Mask for <I>Dynasty</B></I></B></I> <B>in Turquoise and White Beading and Sequins with an Ostrich Feather Plume and Handle.</B></I> Ca. 1986; Ostrich feathers, bugle beads in turquoise, dark green and silver, white jewels in prong settings, faceted beads, gauze; Label: Nolan Miller; 14" wide, 36" high.<BR><BR>This mask is faced with turquoise cotton backing and beaded in a fluid wave starting at the upper right corner and cascading to the bottom left corner. This beading is in strings of dark green, turquoise and silver bugle beads. On the right side, flowing along the eye and to the nose are dark green faceted rounds. On the left side following the contour of the beading are white prong-set jewels and silver sequins. The beading extends down the handle, and up into the ostrich feather plume. The back of the mask is painted silver with glued edge securing the design and the handle which is encrusted with white beads and prong set jewels.
