Fine 12 Details.</B></I> Likely an example of the 1831 Newcomb-1, and matching the visible diagnostics, but struck about 40% off-center toward 6 o'clock, effectively eliminating the date and stars 1-2 and 12-13. Little visible corrosion is noted on the obverse, although considerably more is seen on the reverse. Medium brown surfaces elsewhere. EAC 4.
