Beautiful Nippon handpainted tri-corner bowl with moriage beaded decoration, featuring an acorn and oak leaf design in subtle woodland hues. The interior background is in soft yellows, roses, and peachy tans. Green and brown acorns are handpainted on the background, along with muted green, brown, cream, and pink leaves and branches.<p>The triangular upper lip of the bowl is in a chocolaty taupe and is edged in dark brown moriage beads. On the 3 folded edges in slip relief are acorns, leaves, and branches in natural greens and browns. The exterior of the bowl fades from taupe to white, with a chocolate brown ring around the bottom edge. A green "Hand Painted NIPPON" and M in a wreath trademark is on the bottom.<p>The bowl measures approximately 2.75 inches high, 7.75 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. It is in very good to excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, and minimal surface wear. The moriage beads are intact, with the exception of 1 - 3 tiny beads.
