A red and apple green on white star with diamond border, hand pieces and stitched quilt. Finely stitched quilting on an early (c 1880) quilt. From a group of handmade quilts, most from the hand of or property of Nina Wilson Creel, who lived in the Seven Mile House, Davisville, West Virginia (near Parkersburg). Turn of the 20th Century. 90 wide 96 long. Condition: Some loss of fabric, especially in the colors. Fair Condition.
