Sosnin, in full (translated): “A shortage of cement and roofing materials is delaying the start of the work associated with ferrous metallurgy reconstruction in the Donets basin. I request that you issue instructions to ship to the Narkomstroy in the Donets Basin absolutely all the cement and roofing materials planned for March from the Amvrosiyevka, Georgian, and Armenian plants, the Bolshevik plants, and the Kuybyshev, Murom, Vokresensk, and Sukholozhsk plants. I ask that you keep me informed of your directives.” In fine condition, with paper loss to left edge and light running to the ink in the signature.
