This letter regards the financial accounts of two officers. Splits along folds with old archival repairs, brown toning. Good condition. James Taylor, Jr. (1769-1848) was instrumental in forming Campbell County, Kentucky as a young man and would in time become one of the state's wealthiest men. <I>From the collection of Henry E.
