<B>New York, NY</B></I> - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 612 <B>The Brooklyn NB</B></I> Ch. # 13292<BR> This is a beautiful piece which is one of only two large notes from this bank listed in the census as uncirculated. It bears the last signature combination used on large size Nationals, and is easily the finest Fr. 612 we have ever seen or heard of. It's also the first and only Fr. 612 in any grade that PMG has had the pleasure of grading. The note traces its pedigree to the June, 1985 Hickman-Oakes Memphis sale, which is where Tom obtained it. Off the market for twenty-plus years, this sale will allow one fortunate collector to fill a gap in his collection with another of Tom's "finest knowns."
