<B>New York, NY</B></I> - $20 1902 Red Seal Fr. 640 <B>The American Exchange NB</B></I> Ch. # (E)1394<BR> This is a scarce signature combination in any grade, and one which is just plain rare in this state of preservation. After three years in operation, PMG has graded only two Fr. 640's (against 21 Fr. 639's) with the one other graded piece a Very Good 8. Any $20 Red Seal is a rarity in this grade, but this piece has the potential to be one of the very few uncirculated specimens of its type for a good many years. PMG has graded this note <B>Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ,</B></I> and the originality here is clearly evident, with the embossing easily visible through the PMG holder.
