1888, New York. Stock certificate for 100 shares. Black. Vignette at top center of a steam locomotive. Issued to and signed twice by William Seward Webb (1851 - 1926) Capitalist; Author. Webb signed on front as president and on verso. One horizontal row of hole punch cancellations and stamp cancelled. The latter slightly affects Webb's signature as president, his signature on verso is unaffected. Fine.
