Gerber gives it the issue the seldom-used "9" rating. And everyone's looking for it because it's the second comic book DC ever published! Overstreet lists it among the 100 most valuable Golden Age books despite not listing a value above VF, and there's reason to doubt whether a copy even close to VF exists. The innovation of <B>New Fun</B></I> was the use of original material rather than reprints from the Sunday funnies. The series remained one of DC's mainstays, later known as <B>More Fun Comics</B></I>. This copy's pages are tan, with brittle edges. The extensive professional restoration includes: cleaned, pressed, creases removed, pieces added, tear seals, and color touch.
