Copies of this book are seldom seen in conditions above VF and Gerber considers the book "scarce." Whitney Ellsworth took on the cover art chores. Only one book has received a higher CGC grade to date. Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $1,542; VF 8.0 value = $3,600.
