Incorporated in Arizona, 1904. No. 380 issued November 21, 1906 to H. G. Lindsay for 1000 shares. Signed by G. P. Campbell, President and G. M Weisenbinger, Assistant Secretary. No printer. U/C. 10" x 5.5". Black ink on crème paper with three vignettes: upper left is three miners looking at a rock, top center is a factory on a river, and top right is three miners in a shaft. Note: on left margin there is a stamp that says,”Countersigned & Registered at Colorado Springs, Nov. 23, 1906.” There was a mine by this name in Nevada but very little information exists on it.
