He was described as an adventurer, gambler, and plunger, who lived and died a part of the turbulent times of gold. The eulogy is “To one of the characters who helped make history in the mining camps during the days of gold strikes in the State of Nevada.” Soft bound, covered in faux leather with gilt printing, 17 pgs., and inscribed by E.L.
