Original glossy 7 x 5 news photo from February 18, 1970, of Armstrong being made a life member of the Friendship veterans Fire Engine Co. by Marshall J. Beverly, president of the fire company, signed in blue felt tip. In fine condition, with scattered surface dings and impressions, light edge creases, and Armstrong’s signature a few shades light, but completely legible. Accompanied by a newspaper clipping of the photo, and a photocopy of another photo of Armstrong looking at an antique pumper.
