Possibly one-of-a-kind Apollo 11 prime recovery ship commemorative cover, on a 5.5 x 3.25 card, bearing a stamped cachet honoring the naval recovery, with the Astronaut Rescue Treaty printed on the reverse, signed on the front in black ink by Armstrong. In fine condition, with light block of toning under portion of Armstrong’s signature, most likely from a previous address label.
