Astronaut Neil Armstrong's Ohio hometown newspaper detailing his successful moonwalk. ''Wapakoneta Daily News'' issue dated 21 July 1969 exclaims ''Neil Steps on the Moon'' in large black type. Front page includes six articles related to the Apollo 11 mission, including a photograph of Armstrong's parents. Interestingly, front page also includes mention of Edward Kennedy's ''Chappaquiddick incident.'' 10-page paper, measuring 16'' x 22.5'', has slight edge wear and some toning, with expected newspaper fold. Very good condition.
