Negretti & Zambra. Original label.  Beautifully preserved. Negretti and Zambra joined each other and created their firm in Lodon in 1850 which was a photography studio and producer of optical and scientific instruments. Negretti & Zambra's optical instruments were used and trusted by Prince Albert, the Royal Observatory, and the British Admirality. Negretti & Zambra were so admired that they were responsible for photgraphing the Crystal Palace, an expedition to Egypt, and Shakespeare's house. Being true experts of photography and optical and scientific instruments, Negretti and Zambra wrote a book called ""A Treatise on Meteorological Instruments"" which was reprinted in 1995.
