(DC Comics, 1976).</B></I> Neal Adams produced a number of pages for DC's "Justice for All" public service campaign, which reminded kids that they had both rights and responsibilities under the law. In this page, Superman spots a hitchhiking teenager as he's picked up by older youths who turn out to have stolen the vehicle they're driving. After lifting the car off the road when the cops give chase, Superman is able to exonerate the kid, but he warns him about the perils of hitchhiking. Adams puts both his advertising and storytelling skills to good use. Although his "story" must be told in a fairly static grid containing seven panels, he extends the art to break panel borders four times, leaving only one panel with all its borders unbroken, thus opening up the page. The page is approximately 11" x 17" with a 10" x 16" image area. Captions that were glued onto the first panel and along the bottom of the page are missing. Adams has signed the page on the glue area at the bottom. <B>Estimate: $1,000-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
