Included in this lot is a Navajo Native American Tommy and Rose Singer Sleeping Beauty Turquoise necklace. Tommy Singer was a Navajo silversmith who specialized in chip-inlay jewelry. He died on May 31, 2014. After his death, his wife, Rose, continued to create jewelry using designs Singer created prior to his passing. These items are stamped with T&R Singer. This gorgeous necklace features a collection of Sleeping Beauty turquoise chip gemstones strung along with onyx, lapis lazuli, sugalite, tigers eye and other gemstones. Typical of Singer jewelry are two gorgeous stamped octagonal sterling silver beads complimented by two more cylindrical silver beads on either side and sterling silver tips. The larger beads are stamped “T&R Singer”. This necklace measures 21” long when unclasped.
