From the Southwestern Americana Collection Scottsdale AZ we have a Navajo Original Acrylic on Board by Guy Nez, Jr., framed and under glass, measures 19''W x 16''H, signed by artist in lower right hand corner, Artist Bio: Guy Nez, Jr. (1946-present), Din‚, Navajo Nation, was born in White Cone, Arizona, and attended Santa Fe Junior College on an art scholarship, and later attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College where he studied fine and commercial art. He has won numerous awards for his work. Nez is a versatile artist, working as a jeweler, potter, sculptor and painter. Nez's expertise and knowledge of ceremonies and clothing of his people is well illustrated in his paintings. His depiction is true to character. Nez is an outstanding painter.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, may be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
