Navajo Carico Lake Turquoise Silver Bracelet 1940-
This is a excellent heavy construction sterling silver and Carico Lake Turquoise bracelet or cuff from a master silversmith Navajo Native American Indian. The bracelet shows a circa 1940’s to 1950’s age and is the matched piece to the precious lot. The cuff shows a heavy sterling silver construction with a three bar structure with three heavy bezel settings. The bracelet shows a large center stone with two large, but gradually smaller stones with the center setting showing two feather / leaf sterling pieces and each outside having one, a nice symmetrical design. The stones are all polished cabochon turquoise in a gem high quality from the Carico Lake Mine. Overall the bracelet is in very good condition and is truly a nice early representation of Navajo silversmithing. Weights overall _. Measures overall 6.5 inches inside circumference wrist size with a 1.25 inch opening. The top measures 1.5”H x 2.75W and the bracelet sits 2.25”H when standing up on a flat surface.
