This is a Navajo Native American pawn silver butterfly inlaid mosaic matching set. This includes a large squash blossom necklace having two stands of round silver beads and 12 petal butterfly beads. The set includes: Squash Blossom Necklace, Bracelet/Cuff, Pin/Brooch, Earring Set, and Ring. The piece has an inlaid design using mother of pearl, turquoise, coral, and very rare tortoise shell in the center. The set is all pawn silver from the mid to early 1900's. Necklace has a 2 1/8"x2 5/8" squash pendant and is 29" unstrung. Bracelet is 2.25"x2.75" and 1.75" across the top. Pin is 1.75"x1 5/8". Ring is a size 8. Earrings are each 1"x1".

This is a legal agreement between you, the user or buyer, and North American Auction Company. You must be at least 18 years old to bid. North American Auction Company. Terms: All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason. BUYER agrees that these terms as well as all other terms set forth below, can be amended or revised only in writing, signed by the auctioneer. Consent to Suit in Montana. In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Gallatin County, Montana and that the laws of the State of Montana shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder. The BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save the Auction Co., Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from Buyer's negligent acts or omissions or breach of this agreement, except for damages caused by or resulting from the Auction Co.'s sole negligence. All items must be paid for prior to removal; if storage arrangements are not made in advance of bidding on items. Storage will start March 22th 2015 and will be charged $10 per day per item. If there is a dispute on the authenticity of an item, the only professional opinion that will be considered is from a curator of a well-known museum. We do our best to represent items; this is an auction with NO warranties or returns. Do not bid unless you agree to all of the terms above.
