Navajo Artist Matted and Framed Print- Jerry Lee, or Hosteen Nez, 1944. Measures 11''H x 14.5''W. Ready for hanging. Lee was born at Wide Ruins on the Navajo Nation in northeastern Arizona. In 1964 won a first place award in the Scottsdale National Indian Art Exhibition. He later studied under Beatien Yazz. Jerry Lee also signs his Navajo name ''Hosteen Nez'' to his artwork. His work is found in collections at the Heard Museum in Phoenix, Arizona; the Wheelwright Museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Museum of Northern Arizona.
