Item/Description: Three piece Native American silver lot includes an iconic Southwestern motif silver alloy cuff bracelet, a signed organic style pendant Sterling necklace set with a turquoise stone, and a signed Sterling sunburst pinwheel brooch set with teardrop shaped turquoise stones.
The decorative whimsical cuff has a hand-hammered textured surface, scalloped edges and wonderful engraved images of an Indian Chief, eagle, tomahawk, arrows, tee pee and cow like animal. Unsigned.

The hand-crafted pendant has a Native American Southwestern design of applied feathers, balls and scrollwork set into a recessed scallop edged mounting. Accented with a highly polished azure blue turquoise stone with fantastic matrix; sawtooth setting; fixed hanging bale. Hallmarked: AJW, arrow logo. Suspended by a Sterling Silver paper link style chain with old spring ring clasp. Hallmarked: Sterling.

Condition: Overall Very Good. Turquoise stone free of chips or cracks, secure in setting. Chain free of kinks, damage. Spring ring closure in working condition. Signs of age, use and wear including dents/roughness to two balls on pendant, scratches, scuffs, heavy patina, tarnish, surface debris.

The signed brooch, in pinwheel starburst form, is set with azure blue turquoise stones in sawtooth settings all around the periphery, ball accents. Recessed inner circle with floral four stones forming a flower. Oxidized background contrasts beautifully with the blue hue of the stones. Exquisite, fine workmanship. Roll-over clasp. Hallmarked: Etched letter N. No other visible hallmarks.

6. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Taurus Auctions or its consignors may assign minimum selling prices to select lots in each auction. Taurus Auctions may execute bids on the behalf of our consignors due to reserve prices.
7. Taurus Auctions reserves the right to refuse admission to our facility, reject any bid or to refuse to acknowledge certain bidders. The highest bidder, whether in the salesroom, absentee, on the telephone or online will be acknowledged and recorded by the auctioneer.
8. No auction lot can be removed from the gallery until payment has been accepted and cleared. Please see our payment, pickup and shipping section for further details. All items won must be paid for within five (5) days or a dispute will be filed and opened.
9. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25% and any applicable taxes.
10. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for items left at our facility for more than fifteen days. Taurus Auctions may also charge a $100 restocking fee for items cataloged.
11. Purchases are subject to 6.625 % New Jersey State sales tax unless you are a registered dealer or re-seller and exempt from state and local sales tax in which case a completed New Jersey resale certificates must be provided to Taurus Auctions Auctions prior to the time of purchase.
12. Taurus Auctions is not liable for damaged or missing items after they are signed out and removed from the gallery. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for or liable for any lots paid for and not picked up within 14 days of auction date. By departing from the pickup site you, or your agent, acknowledges that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them. No claims are permitted after removing items from the premises, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are released into your possession. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Taurus Auctions to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form. This payment is for goods/ services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will inform Taurus Auctions immediately if use of this card is no longer valid.
