The sash belt dance depicts the act of weaving acknowledging that we are tied to the great tapestry of life. The colors of the traditional Sash belt are red, white, and green these colors represent the rainbow, while the fringes of the belt symbolize the rain and moisture, which are important to replenishing the land.
