Native American Book Cover Print- Helen Hardin. This 19''H x 14''W print was the design cover for the book CHANGING WOMAN by Jay Scott and is signed by Jay. Helen Hardin, May 28, 1943 - June 9, 1984, also known as Tsa-sah-wee-eh(Little Standing Spruce) was an American painter, Pablita Velarde's daughter and is acknowledged as the first Native female painter to move from traditional representational painting to abstract works. During her lifetime, she won almost as many awards as her mother. She died in 1983 at age 41 of breast cancer. Ready for hanging.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
