100 shares of National Radiator Corp cert. #NY4443 issued to Guaranty Commercial Acceptance Co. on Feb 6, 1930, registered Feb 7, 1920, assigned. Inc. DE. Brown border and company seal. Vignette of women with hammer, child and man's head. National Radiator company developed from the earlier Fowler Radiator Company (est. 1894). In 1902 the company was renamed National Radiator Company. Company expanded, and by the 1920's had plants in Trenton, NJ, Lebanon and New Castle, PA. On Aug 8, 1927 National Radiator Corp of Delaware was established under the name Union Radiator Co., the Gurney Heater Canufacturing company, Continental Heater Co., the Niagra Radiator and Boiler Co, and Utica Heating Co. Early 1930's company had debt problems and reorganized, placed into receivership and re-established. Directors of the company approved a merger in 1954 with the US Radiator Corporation.
