Individual flight record form for 2nd Lieutenant Air Reserve Theodore Suiter of the 95th Attack Squadron, 17th Attack Group, for almost 1000 hours of flying time in an A-17A aircraft for the fiscal year. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Forrest. In fine condition with two filing punch holes at the top of the page.
